TruNeuro
work advice to solve the career conundrum
Working while neurodivergent can be a conundrum, that is why I offer specialized career counseling. Whether you have ADHD, bipolar, are OCD, schizo-effective or live with psychosis, everything is different when you are neurodivergent – especially work. And as you move up the ladder, it only becomes more complicated. As a Career Navigator, I put your core difference, your neuro difference, at the heart of managing your career so you can have a life that is stable, solvent, and meaningful. It’s what I call living Your Best Productive Self (BPS).
Work. It’s a puzzle
Career solutions that work with you
Few things bring more health and stability than meaningful work. But with neurodivergence, finding and managing a career can feel like solving a Rubik’s Cube. We rotate the options over and over, hoping the right combination will click into place. My goal as your Career Navigator is to provide a methodical approach, new options, and critical thinking for managing the work/neurodivergence interface.
TruNeuro Services
From 1-On-1 Coaching to Organizational Development
-
I coach individuals - whether they are on SSDI or in the C-suite - to align their diagnostic health with their career and personal goals so they can become their Best Productive Selves (BPS).
-
Caregiver burnout comes from the overwhelming and often long-term demands of supporting a neurodivergent loved one. I offer support and guidance to friends and family through one-on-one coaching and facilitated groups. These tools build community, reduce stress, and allow caregivers to reclaim their Best Productive Selves.
-
By partnering with internal HR departments, I help high-performing, big-personality performers be more effective in their senior leadership roles by providing one-on-one coaching and team workshops.
-
My corporate keynotes, master classes, and C-suite retreats get leadership teams on the same page and ready to take action.
-
I share stories that open eyes and build bridges for a deeper understanding of mental illness and medical care in the US.
“Well-meaning coaches tell me to be my most authentic self. But they don’t understand that for me, authenticity means disclosure. I have zero confidence that companies today can deal with the disclosure of a neurodivergent person like me. So, all that’s left is to fake it.”

Discover Your Productivity IQ (PIQ)
The Productivity IQ is an assessment of how productive you are. We measure our Intelligence Quotient (IQ) to assess cognitive abilities, and use Emotional IQ (EQ) to understand emotional regulation. Now the Productivity IQ (PIQ) assesses how effectively we manage our own productivity. You will learn not only what makes you most productive, but also how to make being productive easier.
